Can Christians Drink Alcohol?


Drinking alcohol is not wrong but drinking too much alcohol until you get drunk is a sin. Alcohol is no good for the body. Many young people likes to drink alcohol during a celebration or for fun or for removing stress. Christians should avoid drinking alcohol during a celebration such as New Year, Chinese New Year, birthday and etc. 

Drinking alcohol can make you drunk and forget about your problems but it can cause serious hazards to your health. It is best to abstain from alcohol completely. If you have problems, you should surrender to God and let him help you. Christians should avoid going to the bars, as they are a place for Satan to do his works. Accidents, murder, injury, quarrel and all kinds of bad things often take place at the bar. 

Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. (Proverbs 20:1 KJV)
