Bible Study about Age of Accountability

But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 19:14 KJV)
Based on Matthew 19:14, many Christians say that children will go to heaven. This is not true. The age of accountability of a child depends on when he is grown up enough to discern between right and wrong. For example, babies who are naive as white as paper can go into heaven because they don’t know anything yet.
Nowadays, even small children use guns to kill people. Children can be as naughty as adult and do bad things intentionally because of being influenced by negative TV shows and the people that mingle with. Therefore, it is important to teach your children God’s words in the bible from small. You should not let your children watch shows that have violent characters as children are naive and they easily learn everything they see on the shows. Their growth is often influenced by their surroundings, the things they read and watch, the people who talk to them and the things they do.
Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it. (Deuteronomy 1:39 KJV)
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. (James 4:17 KJV)
And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3 KJV)
Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right. (Proverbs 20:11 KJV)
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23 KJV)
So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. (Romans 14:12 KJV)
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. (Psalm 51:5 KJV)
