Everyone can become annoyed and angry from time to time. There are many examples in the bible that show that the main characters get angry.

For example, Moses got angry with the Israelite when they grumbled and refused to put their faith in God.


And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses’ anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount. And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it. (Exodus 32:19-20 KJV)


Jesus became angry with the Jewish leaders when they criticized him of healing on the Sabbath day.
And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. (Mark 3:5 KJV)
 
Being angry for the right reason is not a sin. If you don’t show your anger when someone do something wrong, you will fail to correct the person. However, keep on becoming anger and frustrated over something is a sin because it can cause strife and bitterness in your heart. Therefore, you must not be overcome by anger. You should submit the issue to God and let him handle it.
Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. (Psalm 37:8 KJV)
