Black pudding, also known as blood sausage, is a sausage made from pork blood. It is a dish originated from England. Acts 15:29 states that we should abstain from food made of blood. This means that you cannot drink blood or eat any type of dishes that is made from blood. Colossians 2:16 KJV states “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days”. However, this is in reference to the food that are permissible to be eaten according to the Old Testament laws. Meat that contains blood are usually not cooked. It is unhealthy to cook half cooked meat. If you have eaten blood or blood dishes before, you should confess your sin and ask God for forgiveness.

For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. (Leviticus 17:11 KJV)
