Christians must have self control in all things including food. If you are addicted to food, you should try to overcome the bad habit of being greed for food. You should start to exercise to shed off the unwanted fat in your body so that you can be slim and healthy again. It may be difficult for many people to lose weight. If you need help in losing weight, you should pray and ask God to help you. It is not recommended that you starve yourself as you will suffer other health problems such as gastric, anorexia nervosa and etc. Instead, you should reduce the number of meals you eat every day and don’t eat in large portions and exercise daily.

Better is the sight of the eyes than the wandering of the desire: this is also vanity and vexation of spirit. (Ecclesiastes 6:9 KJV)
